As we contemplate the arrival of the Prince of Peace, the Savior of the world, let us never tire of praying for the peace of Christ to be reality.... |

We pray for Joe Soska, Jr., is leading a maintenance and transportation company in Kuwait for a total of 15-16 months. We pray for him, for his wife Annemarie, for their children, and for his parents, Joe and Frieda.
We pray for all soldiers serving honorably and boldly and especially for those serving in dangerous places. We pray for their families who love and miss them. We pray for those who have been injured in the course of their service, and we ask for God's comfort and mercy and healing. We pray for those who have lost loved ones, and who grieve in this season when most will be joyful.

| Summer Brings Changes to Worship Times & Styles | ||||||

The Worship Committee would like everyone to know that, beginning on June 1 and lasting through August 31, the late service each Sunday morning will be in The Family Center. On June 1, the 11:00 A.M. service will be an act of blessing for high school graduates, and on June 8, our congregation acknowledges its 51st anniversary with Lovefeast. On Sunday, June 15, worship times change as well. Beginning that day and continuing for the rest of summer, we will worship at 8:00 A.M. in The Sanctuary and at 9:30 A.M. in The Family Center.
Additionally, the Worship Committee would like everyone to know that summer will provide us with an opportunity to occasionally express our worship in out-of-the-ordinary ways. Look for a few of our 9:30 A.M. services to be conducted in a "coffee house" style where we might meet less formally around tables, take more advantage of our Drama Team's ability to convey the Gospel, and find creative ways for people to participate more actively in the activity of worshiping God
