Important information regarding Moravian Travelers Trips: A $20.00 deposit will reserve your trip (choose 1 trip or as many as you like). Full payment is due 60 days before the trip. We can only take 1 bus per day due to parking problems if the first bus fills we can get a second bus on a different day. If bus is full - sign up as a stand-by. Make all checks payable to: East Hills Moravian Church.	More trips - Greater selection Minimum of 35 people are needed for each trip. Less than 35 the trip will be cancelled. THESE TRIPS ARE OPEN TO EVERYONE! These trips will be publicized through other Moravian Churches, as well as neighbors and friends of the church. Also published in the Sunday Morning Call.
Moravian Travelers Cancellation Policy: Full refund if you or East Hills Moravian Church finds a replacement. Full refund if you cancel 15 days prior to the trip. If you cancel 8-14 days prior to the trip you will receive whatever we are able to get back from the supplier. NO refund if you cancel 7 days or less prior to the trip. 2010 schedule
