Important information regarding Moravian Travelers Trips:
- A $20.00 deposit will reserve your trip (choose 1 trip or as many as you like).
- Full payment is due 60 days before the trip.
- We can only take 1 bus per day due to parking problems -
if the first bus fills we can get a second bus on a different day.
- If bus is full - sign up as a stand-by.
- Make all checks payable to: East Hills Moravian Church.
Moravian Travelers Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if you or East Hills Moravian Church finds a replacement.
- Full refund if you cancel 15 days prior to the trip.
- If you cancel 8-14 days prior to the trip you will receive
whatever we are able to get back from the supplier.
- NO refund if you cancel 7 days or less prior to te trip.
